- You grant us permission to use it to create your product

- Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
All payments must be completed before production begins.

- Incorrect information provided by the customer
SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Couriers
- Customs
- External logistics issues
Risk of loss transfers to you once the item is handed to the carrier.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalized nature of our products:
- Custom items are non-refundable once approved and produced
However, we may offer replacements or solutions in cases of:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect orders caused by us
